Indian Jujube (Ziziphus Mauritania)
Growing Conditions:

Climate:Indian jujube is adapted to semi-arid and arid climates, withstanding very dry conditions and high temperatures. It can handle annual rainfall ranging from 150 mm to 4000 mm.

Soil:It does well in a variety of soils, but prefers well-drained, deep sandy, neutral or slightly acidic or alkaline loams, tolerating some salinity.

Sunlight:It needs ample sunlight, ideally 12 to 14 hours per day during the growing season.

Temperature:Germination is optimal between 20°C and 30°C. During hot summers, it might shed leaves and stop growing, but new shoots can emerge with the onset of rains.
